Join us for morning meditation, breathing exercises "pranayama" and spiritual discourse to start and uplift your day. These sessions are offered in our yearly teacher training program and now we are opening these sessions up to support you in these times. All levels are welcomed go into the deeper practices of the Science of Yoga and beyond the poses.
